Tuna steak rolls

[Serves 4]

4 thick tuna steaks

¼ cup olive oil

Sea salt and ground black pepper

4 Portuguese rolls

Lemon wedges, to serve

 

FOR THE TOMATO RELISH

 

250g cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped

¼ cup parsley, chopped

¼ tsp chilli flakes

3 spring onions, chopped

¼ cup olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

 

1. Rub tuna steaks with oil; season well.

2. Braai for 2–3 minutes on each side

or until cooked. Set aside.

3. Mix together chopped tomatoes,

capers, parsley, chilli, spring onions,

olive oil and lemon juice. Season well.

4. To assemble: drizzle the rolls with olive oil.

Place a tuna steak on each

roll; top with tomato relish. Serve with
